I live in Central, NY and have the majority of my life, though not sure why as I hate the cold. My days are spent doing the usual household chores of a stay-at-home mom and reading. Horror and suspense are my go to books, but I have been broadening my reading to include other genres. I dream to one day have my own personal library in my home (with a very relaxing reading nook) and maybe my own bookstore. Until then I just read anywhere and any chance I can get - watching T.V., cooking dinner, waiting for laundry, during my little ones nap, before bed, really any chance I can get.
One of my favorite things about reading is when I read a book that was requested by an author for a review. I put all other books on hold until I am finished with my author request. I know that they work hard and appreciate the feedback and reviews that they receive. Because I understand the hard work they put in, I do feel bad when I leave a bad review. However, I am reviewing the book not the author, and I am not going to like everything I read.
