A little bit about Kristy Brown -


Hi I'm Kristy and I live in the U.K. I have always written short stories and poetry. I went to university to study acting which I loved, but my real passion has always been writing. So now I write the kind of stories I would have wanted to read when I was a teen. "Kiera's Quest-Awakenings" is my first e-book. There are four in the series, 'Sacrifices,' 'Perceptions,' and 'Choices.'( Muse It Up Publishing.)

My YA contemporary romance book, "Just Sam," and my YA fairy-tale retelling, "Cinderfella," are available on Amazon in print & on Kindle.

"Summer's End," a YA Paranormal romance series, came out July 2018 with 'Muse It Up Publishing.' This title is available in print and e-book. My dream is to have them all in print someday! I love reading YA angels, vamps etc. I have a shared YouTube channel were we discuss books and writing, called "Two Wordy." I love my kids and hopefully one day they will enjoy my crazy tales!

Q1. In terms of the work you do, what aspects are you most passionate about? Why?

A1. I'm passionate about creating characters that readers can fall in love with. I'm a little in love with Alex from Summer's End, maybe because I dreamt him! I also used to hate editing, but my publisher has taught me so much, and now I love it.



Q2. What do you consider some of your biggest professional and personal accomplishments? How did your attributes contribute to those accomplishments?

A2. The best two things in my personal life are my two boys, they amaze and surprise me everyday, when they're not bickering! And I'm also very proud of all my books. It's a dream come true when your paperbacks get delivered.



Q3. What is your dream for the future?

A3. My dreams for the future are to have my books in all the book stores and to have written many more. Who knows, maybe a film deal?
